2. Description of Service

Venture Dynamics provides an AI-powered Business Operating System (DynamOS) that includes scheduling, client communication, notes, and analytics tools designed for independent professionals.

3. SMS Terms and Conditions

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Venture Dynamics for appointment reminders, service updates, and account notifications.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your usage and appointments.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@venturedynamics.io.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees upon notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Venture Dynamics platform are the exclusive property of Venture Dynamics and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venture Dynamics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
